PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By creating an account or using Piq 4 You, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These Terms include a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 12.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Piq4you Inc., a Florida corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Piq 4 You mobile application, the website at piq4you.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, have not been convicted of a felony or sex crime, are not a registered sex offender, and have not previously been removed by us.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@piq4you.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts, including after suspension, is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Piq4you Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate any law, or constitute CSAM or content sexualizing minors. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
You agree not to: harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any person; impersonate any person or entity; solicit money or gifts from users; post spam; use bots or scrapers; attempt to hack the Service; upload malware; use the Service for illegal purposes; engage in human trafficking or exploitation; or use the Service if you are a registered sex offender. Violations may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
Certain features require payment ("Premium Features"), including votes, boosts, and subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Votes, credits, and other virtual items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. They are a limited license to access in-app features. We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.
iOS purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms; Android purchases are subject to Google Play's terms. For billing issues, contact support@piq4you.com.
Piq4you Inc. complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). To report copyright infringement, send a compliant notice to dmca@piq4you.com or Piq4you Inc., 1404 E Los Olas Blvd #2061, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33303. Your notice must include: signature of the rights owner; identification of the infringed work; identification and location of the infringing material; your contact information; good-faith belief statement; and perjury statement. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Piq4you Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
PIQ4YOU INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. Our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piq4you Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Before arbitration, send a written description of the dispute to legal@piq4you.com. We will attempt informal resolution within 60 days.
All disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
YOU AND PIQ4YOU INC. AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
YOU AND PIQ4YOU INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@piq4you.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
We may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Delete your account via app settings or by contacting support@piq4you.com. Sections 4.2, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Non-arbitral proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Piq4you Inc. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
