Piq 4 You Golden Rules

Before anything else, every member of Piq 4 You agrees to these core principles:

• Respect Boundaries: Public profiles must not contain nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic depictions of sexual desire. Private chats may include mature content only when all parties have explicitly consented.
• Be Authentic: Be yourself and let others meet the real you. Impersonation and fake profiles are never tolerated.
• Honor Consent: Every feature in Piq 4 You is designed around mutual consent — both users must actively accept a match before any communication channel opens. Respect that in every interaction.
• Protect Your Privacy: Never share personal contact details (phone, email, home address, financial information) publicly in your profile. Think carefully before sharing with anyone you have not met in person.
• Harbor Positivity: No space for content advocating violence, self-harm, gore, or harmful actions toward any person or animal.
• Stay Legal: All content and activity must comply with applicable law. Piq 4 You is not a marketplace, dating-for-money platform, or venue for any commercial solicitation.
• Stay Active Responsibly: Accounts with extended inactivity may be deactivated. Do not abandon accounts that others may be interacting with.

1. Authenticity & Identity

• Use real, current photos of yourself. Heavily filtered images, face-altering edits, or stock photos are prohibited.
• Provide accurate age and date of birth. Age-gating is enforced — attempting to circumvent it may result in permanent termination.
• Do not create multiple accounts. Users who maintain multiple profiles to game the system or evade bans will have all accounts permanently terminated.
• Do not impersonate any person, celebrity, public figure, or brand.
• Profile information — name, location, relationship status, and relationship goals — must be honest and current.
• Photos that do not feature the account owner's face may be removed at the discretion of our moderation team.
• Blank photos or images with a plain background that contain no meaningful content will be removed.

2. Respect & Consent

• Treat all users with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse in any form are grounds for immediate suspension.
• No hate speech. This includes — but is not limited to — discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or marital status.
• Do not send sexually explicit messages without the explicit consent of the other person. Doing so may result in an immediate account ban.
• Respect a clear "no." If someone is not interested or asks you to stop contacting them, cease all contact immediately.
• No body shaming, personal attacks on appearance, or derogatory comments about relationship choices.
• Do not record, screenshot, or share any private conversations, photos, or video calls without the explicit consent of everyone involved.
• Rude, hateful, or disrespectful behavior toward Piq 4 You team members or support staff will result in an immediate ban.
• Do not request inappropriate photos, personal contact information, or financial details from other users.

3. Matching & Voting Integrity

Piq 4 You is built on a crowd-sourced matching system. The integrity of the vote is fundamental to the platform's purpose.

• Vote honestly and thoughtfully based on genuine compatibility — not on appearance alone.
• Do not coordinate votes with others, operate vote rings, or attempt to manipulate the matching algorithm.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI agents to generate votes, interact with profiles, or simulate engagement.
• Votes are anonymous. Do not attempt to identify or expose who voted for or against any profile.
• Vote counts are never displayed publicly and must never be shared. Do not attempt to expose pair scores or internal ranking data.
• Engaging in targeted downvoting or vote-based harassment of other users is a violation and may result in termination.

4. Profile & Media Standards

All photos and videos uploaded to Piq 4 You are reviewed by automated systems and our human moderation team before going live.

• No nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic images or videos.
• No images that make genitals visible through clothing, no suggestive silhouettes, and no sexually explicit acts real, illustrated, or simulated.
• No display of weapons, hateful symbols, gang signs, or imagery associated with violence.
• Photos must be genuine and may not include children in any capacity.
• No use of other people's photos without their explicit written consent.
• No screenshots of other users' profiles or messages used in your own profile.
• Profile media that generates a moderation flag will be held in a “pending” state until reviewed — you will not be visible in the matching feed until at least one approved photo is live.
• Short videos (up to the in-app limit) may be uploaded but are subject to the same moderation standards as photos.

5. Chat Behavior & Messaging

Direct messages are only unlocked after both users explicitly confirm a match. Once a conversation opens, these standards apply:

• No harassment, threatening messages, or sending unsolicited explicit content of any kind.
• No mass messaging, copy-paste messages, or directing users to external platforms.
• Do not solicit money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other financial transfer from other users. This is a major red flag for scam activity and will result in immediate account termination.
• Do not share links to third-party sites, apps, or social media handles unless the conversation has naturally developed to that point and both parties agree.
• Anti-scam reminders are displayed during chat onboarding: never send money to someone you have not met in person; stay in-app during early conversations; report anyone who asks for financial help or tries to move the conversation off-platform quickly.
• Sugar relationships, escorting, or any exchange of money for romantic or sexual interactions are strictly prohibited.

6. Personal Safety

• Never share your home address, workplace, financial information, or government-issued ID numbers with other users.
• Be cautious of users who rush to move off-platform or who consistently avoid video calls.
• Meet in public, well-lit places for first in-person meetings. Tell a trusted friend where you are going and share the other person's profile information with them.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, use the in-app block and report tools immediately.
• Do not share explicit images with people you have not met in person. Non-consensual sharing of intimate images ("revenge porn") is illegal in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate permanent termination plus law enforcement referral.
• Piq 4 You will never ask for your password or payment information via chat or email outside of the official app store billing process.

7. No Illegal Activity

• Do not use Piq 4 You to facilitate illegal goods, controlled substances, or illegal services of any kind.
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or solicitation of sex work is strictly prohibited and will be reported to federal law enforcement (including the National Human Trafficking Hotline).
• No fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial scams, or romance scams.
• No unauthorized hacking, scraping, or exploitation of the platform, its APIs, or user data.
• Do not promote gang activity, terrorism, extremism, or any act of violence.
• Content or behavior that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to law enforcement.

8. Minors & Child Safety (18+ Platform)

• Any user who appears to be under 18 must be reported immediately using the in-app reporting tool.
• Do not attempt to contact, groom, solicit, or engage any person you believe to be a minor.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind — real, illustrated, or simulated — is absolutely prohibited. Discovery results in immediate termination and law enforcement reporting with no exception.
• Profile photos containing children, even non-explicit ones, are not permitted.
• We cooperate fully with the NCMEC CyberTipline, federal and state law enforcement, and international child protection agencies.

9. No Spam or Commercial Solicitation

• Piq 4 You is a personal connections platform, not a marketplace. Commercial advertising, promotional accounts, and business solicitation are not permitted without prior written approval from Piq4you Inc.
• No mass messaging, copy-paste contact campaigns, or directing users to sign up for external platforms.
• No pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or investment solicitation.
• No fundraising, GoFundMe links, or charity drives without prior approval.
• Third-party social media handles or external links may not be included in profiles unless specifically permitted by platform policy.

10. Intellectual Property

• Only post original content you own or have full rights to use.
• No copyrighted music, video, logos, or branded imagery without a valid license.
• Do not use another person's photos or likeness in your profile without their explicit written consent.
• To submit a DMCA takedown notice, email dmca@piq4you.com.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Do not post or share another user's personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Do not share, publish, or re-distribute screenshots of private conversations or profile content without explicit consent.
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared with you in the context of a match or conversation.

12. Reporting & Enforcement

How to report: Use the in-app report button on any profile, photo, message, or conversation. You can also email support@piq4you.com or, for child safety matters, safety@piq4you.com. All reports are confidential.

Enforcement tiers, depending on severity and frequency of violation:

• Warning: A first-time minor violation may result in a warning and content removal.
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations result in a temporary suspension of account access.
• Permanent Ban: Serious violations — harassment, scam activity, illegal content, fake profiles, or repeated breaches — result in permanent account termination across all aliases.
• Law Enforcement Referral: Violations involving CSAM, human trafficking, threats of violence, or other criminal conduct are reported to the relevant authorities regardless of the above tiers.

Piq4you Inc. may, at its sole discretion, remove any content, suspend any account, or terminate any membership without prior notice where these guidelines have been violated.

13. Appeals

To appeal an enforcement action, email support@piq4you.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. Include your display name, a description of the action taken against your account, and any relevant context. We review appeals within 5 business days. Decisions on child safety, CSAM, and law enforcement referral matters are final and not subject to appeal.
