Piq4you Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Piq 4 You app ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. Our Service is only for users 18 years of age or older.
Your profile (photos, bio, age range, proximity) is visible to other registered users per your privacy settings.
We share information with: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Apple/Google (IAP), Firebase (notifications/analytics), Cloudflare (CDN/security), and Microsoft 365 (email delivery). All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We may disclose your information as required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Piq4you Inc., users, or others.
In a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain personal information while your account is active or as needed for the Service and legal compliance. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except for data required for legal or fraud prevention purposes (retained up to 3 years) and backup copies (retained up to 90 days).
We implement TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Please contact support@piq4you.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; receive data in a portable format; opt out of marketing emails; disable location via device settings; manage push notifications via device settings. Contact privacy@piq4you.com to exercise your rights. We respond within 30 days.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately. To report a concern: support@piq4you.com.
California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect; (b) request deletion; (c) opt out of sharing for targeted advertising; (d) non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights. To submit a California privacy request: privacy@piq4you.com with subject "California Privacy Request."
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the update and revising the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
